Refund policy

We have a 30-day money back guarantee refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to contact us at orders@ancestralnourishment.co.za with your order number and a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase. In your refund request, let us know which product you would like refunded and the reason for your refund request.

We will notify you once we have received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at orders@ancestralnourishment.co.za.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards. This refund policy only covers items that have been purchased on our online store at https://ancestralnourishment.co.za.
